Grantham studied law at the University of Western Australia, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Jurisprudence, he is admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia and the High Court of Australia. He began his legal career in 1991 at Kott Gunning, before jointly establishing the law firm of Kitto & Kitto in1996. Grantham has worked on many legal matters, both large/complex and small, through-out his lengthy legal career.
Grantham now principally works on commercial documentation and disputes (including property and contractual), family disputes (mainly property), deceased estates (probate, administration), and mediations. Grantham is highly engaged with his local community (both in Perth and Rural WA) and devoted to assisting many not-for-profit associations.
Sasha graduated from the University of Notre Dame Australia with a Bachelor of Laws in 2017, following a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Political Science and International Relations) from the University of Western Australia. She was admitted to practice in 2019 after completing the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law (WA). With over a decade of experience in the legal profession, Sasha has worked across a wide range of practice areas and now specialises in Family Law (property and parenting matters), including complex financial disputes, as well as Wills, Estates and Succession Planning.
Sasha adopts a mediation-focused approach, aiming to achieve practical and cost-effective outcomes while minimising the emotional and financial strain of protracted litigation. Outside of work, Sasha enjoys playing tennis, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and beloved red kelpie, Tessa.
